CORSLocate is a product of Pink Project NG Ltd (Lagos, Nigeria). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). Pink Project NG Ltd is the data controller.

1. Information we collect

Waitlist: your email address (and optionally your name, role and state) when you join the launch waitlist.
Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number and your message.
Analytics cookies: if you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (see “Cookies and analytics”).
App & payment data: when you use the CORSLocate app, account details and payment data processed securely by Paystack. We never store full card details.
Location data: with your permission, device location in the app to show nearby CORS stations.

2. How we use your information

To operate the waitlist and notify you about launch.
To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
To provide, maintain and improve the service, including provisioning NTRIP credentials and processing subscriptions.
To understand and improve site usage (only with analytics consent).
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Lawful basis (NDPA)

Consent — for the waitlist and for analytics cookies.
Contract — to deliver subscriptions and credentials you purchase.
Legitimate interest — to respond to contact enquiries and keep the service secure.
Legal obligation — to retain transaction records as required by law.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the service:

With CORS network operators, to provision NTRIP credentials and access.
With Paystack, to process payments.
With Google, for analytics, only where you have consented.
Where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a first-party cookie to remember your cookie choices. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are loaded only after you accept them; everything is denied by default until you choose. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Data retention

We keep waitlist and contact data for as long as needed for the purpose collected, and account data while your account is active. Subscription and transaction records are kept as required for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Your rights under the NDPA

You have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data;
object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent;
data portability; and
lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

8. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. NTRIP credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest, and payment data is handled by Paystack.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will note the “last updated” date above.
