Terms of Service

CORSLocate is a product of Pink Project NG Ltd (Lagos, Nigeria). These terms govern your use of the CORSLocate website and app (“the Service”).

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of service

CORSLocate is a marketplace that connects surveyors with CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station) network operators, facilitating discovery, subscription and credential delivery for CORS station access.

Important: CORSLocate does not own or operate CORS stations. We connect users with independent operators. The quality, availability and performance of stations are the responsibility of the respective operators.

3. User accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and payments

4.1 Pricing

Subscription prices are set by individual operators and displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices may vary by operator and duration.

4.2 Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

4.3 Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once credentials have been delivered. If a station experiences significant downtime during your subscription period, you may request a pro-rated credit by contacting support within 7 days of the issue.

5. NTRIP credentials

Upon successful payment you receive NTRIP credentials for the selected station. They are:

• personal and non-transferable;
• valid only for the subscription period purchased; and
• for use with surveying equipment only.

Sharing, reselling or distributing credentials is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not share or resell NTRIP credentials.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or violate applicable laws.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Station availability depends on individual operators.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Project NG Ltd shall not be liable for station downtime, errors in survey data resulting from CORS corrections, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in question.

9. For network operators

Operators listing stations on CORSLocate agree to:

• provide accurate station information;
• maintain reasonable station uptime;
• deliver valid credentials in a timely manner; and
• honour all subscriptions sold through the platform.

CORSLocate charges a platform fee per transaction, disclosed to operators during onboarding. Payouts are made to the operator’s designated bank account.

10. Intellectual property

The CORSLocate name, logo and app are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

13. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
